Jerusalem Post Story: Israels military has taken another step towards charging a soldier over one of the most notorious incidents in last years Gaza Slaughter.The suspect is being investigated over allegations he opened fire on a group of unarmed civilians waving white flags, killing a woman in her 60s and her daughter.
